Metro C565-SFS-LPFS Description
The Metro C565-SFS-LPFS half-height mobile heated cabinet is fitted with 5-inch casters to facilitate transport from the kitchen to the dining room or serving table. Two of the casters have brakes, holding the unit still during loading and unloading. So it can withstand high-volume use, this unit is made of resilient 304 stainless steel. The interior cabinet and solid doors are built with high-density fiberglass insulation to prevent unintended temperature changes.
Because it measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 443/4 inches high, the Metro C565-SFS-LPFS insulated heated cabinet accommodates as many as (17) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans on its lip-load slides. To ensure quick heating, the unit operates with a ducted heating system, and its integral water pan provides humidity to improve food quality. With doors situated on both sides, the cabinet can be accessed from either direction for pass-thru use.
