Metro C565-SFS-LPFC Description
Designed for pass-thru use, the Metro C565-SFS-LPFC insulated mobile heated cabinet includes a door on each side—one solid and one made of glass to promote visibility. It operates with a ducted heating system that provides quick heating and recovery times, and to ensure minimal temperature loss, the cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass. Adjustable in 11⁄2-inch intervals, the slides accommodate as many as (17) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans.
The Metro C565-SFS-LPFC half-height heated cabinet measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 443/4 inches high. Constructed of stainless steel, it’s durable to resist corroding, denting, and warping. Mounted at the top, the control panel includes a dial thermostat that can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It's also equipped with an analog thermometer that provides an accurate temperature readout even if the cabinet is powered off.
