Metro C565-SFC-LPFC Description
The Metro C565-SFC-LPFC half-height heated cabinet is made of durable stainless steel to resist rust, corrosion, chips, and scratches. To prevent temperature loss, the cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass, which retains warm air. Its lip-load slides can be adjusted by 11⁄2 inches and can hold as many as (17) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. Because the unit uses a ducted heating system, it heats up rapidly and quickly recovers lost temperatures.
Providing humidity to increase food quality, the Metro C565-SFC-LPFC insulated heated cabinet is built with an integral water pan system. Its analog thermometer provides a readout of the temperature, which can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the temperature dial on the top-mounted control panel. To ease food service, the cabinet is mobilized with 5-inch casters.
