Metro C549-ASFS-U Description
This Metro C549-ASFS-U C5™ 4 Series insulated mobile heated cabinet replaces a standard sheet metal exterior with foamed-in-place polyurethane panels for energy efficiency and maximum heat retention. Thermostatically controlled forced convection circulates heat inside the cabinet so it rises from the bottom to the top, eliminating cold spots. It has a 200-degree-Fahrenheit maximum operating temperature to accommodate a wide range of foods. Accessible controls are mounted at the top of the unit, reducing the risk of accidental adjustments and damage while ensuring it can be easily cleaned<./p>
Meant to be transported, this full-height Metro C549-ASFS-U mobile heated cabinet measures 30 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 69 1⁄2 inches high and is furnished with 5-inch casters. The Insulation Armour™ Plus panels double as full-length bumpers and include molded-in handles for improved user control. The cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a rigid metal that has excellent corrosion resistance—and includes universal wire slides secured on 3-inch centers and adjustable in 1 1⁄2-inch increments. To accommodate high-volume applications, it holds (17) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans.
