Metro C539-MFC-4 Description
Thermostatic controls on the Metro C539-MFC-4 mobile heated cabinet enable users to adjust the temperature as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure accuracy, the temperature can be viewed on its digital thermometer; red Insulation Armour™ holds hot air inside to keep food warm until it's time for serving. In order for employees to monitor food, the door is made of clear polycarbonate and the fixed wire slides promote airflow throughout the unit's contents.
The Metro C539-MFC-4 insulated heated cabinet has a control panel located at the bottom, which can be removed for maintenance or cleaning. Its moisture module heats by humidity and includes a switch to turn on and off the unit. To inform users when the power is on, a light activates. In order for this unit to be durable enough for repeated use, it's made of aluminum.
