Metro C539-MDS-U Description
The Metro C539-MDS-U mobile heated cabinet sits on 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to stabilize the unit. It's made of aluminum for corrosion resistance and durable for heavy use. Users can access the control panel at the bottom, and it can be removed when servicing is required. A digital thermometer provides a temperature readout, which can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
When the Metro C539-MDS-U full-height heated cabinet is turned on, its light shines to indicate status, and it can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch. Its universal cabinet slides can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of product. Positioned on 3-inch centers, these slides hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. Ensuring no warm air escapes the cabinet, it has red Insulation Armour™.
