Metro C539-MDS-L Description
Sitting on 1 1⁄2-inch centers, the lip-load slides in the Metro C539-MDS-L full-height heated cabinet hold (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. The control panel is located at the bottom and its moisture module enables humidity-exclusive heating. To control the temperature, the thermostat is adjustable as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the current number is revealed on the digital thermometer. The control panel can be removed to address maintenance needs.
The Metro C539-MDS-L insulated mobile heated cabinet has red Insulation Armour™ that reduces the risk of burns by keeping the exterior cool to the touch. It retains hot air and reduces energy loss, ensuring food is warm when it arrives to a guest. Constructed of aluminum, this unit is resilient enough for longstanding use and resistance to corroding. It's mounted on 5-inch casters to provide mobility throughout a catering room.
