Metro C539-MDS-4 Description
The Metro C539-MDS-4 insulated mobile heated cabinet heats with moisture. Its thermostat can be adjusted to temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and a readout is provided on the digital thermometer, so users can monitor it. To turn the unit on and off, it comes with a switch, and to reduce the risk of burns, a light indicates when the cabinet is turned on, so employees know to be careful.
The solid doors and cabinet of the Metro C539-MDS-4 full-height heated cabinet are insulated to retain warmth, and it has red Insulation Armour™ to reduce energy costs and keep the exterior cool. Made of aluminum, this cabinet is corrosion resistant and durable enough to withstand years of repeated use. It's positioned on casters, ensuring it can be moved to serve food to customers. The fixed slides hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans.
