Metro C539-HLFS-L-GY Description
To turn the unit on and off, the Metro C539-HLFS-L-GY full-height heated cabinet has a switch, and a light indicates when the power is turned on. The temperature can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with an included thermostat. For accuracy, the temperature can be monitored on the digital thermometer, while Grey Insulation Armour™ ensures hot air doesn't escape the cabinet, keeping food fresh.
The Metro C539-HLFS-L-GY insulated mobile heated cabinet is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum. To adjust the control panel, it can be accessed from the bottom and is removable for cleaning and maintenance. For serving guests in a banquet hall, restaurant, or hotel, this cabinet has 5-inch casters, and its lip-load slides can house (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans.
