Metro C539-HFS-4-GY Description
The Metro C539-HFS-4-GY full-height heated cabinet has an adjustable thermostat that reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while a digital thermometer provides a readout for monitoring. Its control panel can be accessed from the bottom and is removable for cleaning and maintenance. This unit is great for use in a hotel or anywhere catering is performed.
To save energy and keep the exterior cool to the touch, the Metro C539-HFS-4-GY insulated mobile heated cabinet has Grey Insulation Armour™, and the cabinet and door are also insulated. The unit turns on and off with a power switch, while a light indicates the unit is on. Providing mobility, this cabinet is mounted on 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to hold the unit still during use. It's made of aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance.
