Metro C539-HDC-4 Description
The Metro C539-HDC-4 heated holding cabinet helps keep food hot until it's ready to be served. Absorbing heat, saving energy, and keeping the exterior cool, the aluminum cabinet has Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology. Insulation Armour is made of a durable polymer that is dent and stain resistant, while the cabinet is fitted with vertical handles that have been molded into the insulation for transportation. With the thermostat-controlled forced-air convection system, this cabinet quickly heats up and recovers temperature.
This heating cabinet's module is removable to simplify cleaning, while a digital thermometer provides temperature readouts for user convenience. Power indicator lights let users know if the cabinet is on, while the control dials are recessed to avoid breaking or scratching. So users can see into the chamber without having to open the door and lose heat, the doors on the holding cabinet are Dutch style and clear. The Metro C539-HDC-4 heated holding cabinet uses fixed nickel-chrome wire slides, welded on 3-inch spacing, to hold food pans.
