Metro C537-CFS-4 Description
Part of the Metro C5™ 3 series and made with durable Insulation Armour™, the Metro C537-CFS-4 heated holding and proofing cabinet is built to save energy, retain heat, and heighten employee safety. Its strong polymer construction resists stains and dents, while the molded-in hand holds facilitate mobile applications. This piece of equipment is available with three control modules: combination proof and hold, moisture, and holding.
The thermostatically controlled, forced convection system in the Metro C537-CFS-4 insulated mobile heated cabinet streamlines recover and heat-up times, while its solid, insulated aluminum door optimizes heat retention. This piece of equipment has the capacity for (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans. Overall, it measures 27 5⁄8 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 inches tall.
