Metro C537-CFC-U Description
Part of the C5™ 3 series, the Metro C537-CFC-U heated holding and proofing cabinet is made of red Insulation Armour™ for optimal heat retention and durability. This mobile piece of insulated equipment is a 3⁄4-height model. Operators can view product through its clear polycarbonate door, and its bottom-mount control module doesn't require tools for removal. The cabinet's temperature ranges from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Metro C537-CFC-U heated holding and proofing cabinet's universal wire slides are on 3-inch centers, and they're adjustable in increments of 11⁄2 inches. This piece of equipment has the capacity for (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans. For mobile applications, the cabinet is constructed with casters, and two have brakes for safety.
