I used this type years ago and had a hard time finding this again. Dont get rid...they are super awesome to clean the flat top quickly. Nice and sharp edge for a great clean sweep. Def a keeper~!

Been wanting to add this to our kitchen fry station for a while. Sorry I did not do it earlier. Best addition to kitchen and a big impact on food quality and consistency. This timer is super easy to use, great function that alarm is adjustable. Had it hanging and programmed in les than an hour. Very easy and straight forward. New users understand how to use in a few moments. Will keep a timer above our fryer frm now on!

What every kitchen needs
We have been using this citrus wedger for years that we have had to buy 2 more because we end up wearing them out. Not to say they aren't durable, but that we use it so much. Helps with production and saves valuable time.
Works Great, Saves Money
Saves us money by eliminating Guacamole waste due to spoilage/discoloration from air exposure. Portion control is perfect, and the unit though pricy and a bit hard to clean does just what it is supposed to do, dispense and preserver Guacamole easily and accurately without waste.
