Notrax is the bomb
If you're looking for a cutting board that's easy on your knives and easy to maintain, go with Notrax. There's a strong rubber smell when you first unwrap it but that soon goes away after a few washes. It's important to wash them by hand with soap and water and avoid putting them in the dishwasher. I purchased the 11x17 for daily prep use and a few 8x8's which I store in a top drawer for quick cuts.

Trigger sticks and won't turn off completely, thus burning your hands with hot water. Dead spot in the middle of travel of the trigger.
