So far so good,

A little noisy but not that big of a deal!

I would NOT purchase this product again or recommend it.

We have been using this freezer for 6 months and we have had to manually defrost it twice. The defrost line heater is defective and a replacement part has been on order for 4 months. It causes the condenser to freeze up. You have no choice but remove all food and place it in coolers and let it defrost for about 2 days.

Cheap made by in trained people.

I spent the most money and bought the most expensive unit in the market to find out how cheap and inexperienced people are assembling these ubits and nobody is checking them before shipping The two units I received are full of scratches and dents inside. The back panel to hold the clips was keep popping out The flimsy clips holding the LED lights are all bent and the light was also crooked. The sign panel in one unit is cut short and not holding in its position One unit is missing inside thermostat The strips holding the shelf clips are not aligned to keep the shelf straight, its keep shaking. Now with the laser pointers they should not have that issue. All the strips should have been aligned and we should be able to use the same number on the strips to install all four clips to hold the shelf steady and even Had hair glued in the cabinet

Junk

This is very cheap looking refrigerator, very noisy you can't hear your customers if you are next to it. This is like an airplane engine in your store. You ca see also a cable by the door. Don't buy it, you will regret this. Also the picture online is different with the door.

Bad design or defective product?

The ice cream freezer has been working well to keep my frozen yogurt and fruit at the proper temperature, but there is a problem with the seal between the two sections of the door/lid which allows warm, humid air to enter the cabinet, causing a constant frost buildup. The gap is quite large and obvious to the naked eye, even when the cabinet is fully closed.

Solid Refrigerator

Works well as a display for refrigerated items Came wired incorrectly, but they sent someone out the next day to fix it.

Excellent cooler for my downstairs bar

I finished by downstairs wet bar with this cooler. Looks very impressive and only takes up a small amout of room in the bar area. Conveniently displays all contents so you don't have to constantly tell guests what beverages you have ready for them to enjoy. It does get loud as I was not expecting this. When you are entertaining several people it is not a problem, but when I am by myself watching TV in the same room, it is very noticeable.
