Table of Contents
Undercounter Machines
Jackson's undercounter dishmachines each feature automatic cycles, including automatic initial fill. Built-in chemical pumps ensure detergent and sanitizer are added at the appropriate times during the wash and rinse cycles and in the right amounts. Fully-insulated cabinets reduce the noise and heat the machines add to their environments, all while helping keep the units energy efficient. Labyrinth-style doors maintain tight seals that keep heat, water, and steam inside the equipment. Contoured, stainless steel door handles make opening and closing the doors more comfortable. Each Jackson undercounter machine includes a peg dishrack and a combination dishrack. An automatic delime cycle keeps the machines free of harmful limescale buildup.
