Reach-in Refrigerators and Freezers
Continental Refrigerator offers one-, two-, or three-section refrigerator and freezer models with up to 12 door and shelf options, measuring between 173/4 and 851/2 inches in width, depending on your kitchen's storage capacity needs. Whether you need a solid or a glass door for your refrigerator or freezer, Continental Refrigerator offers both options. Glass doors are helpful because of the ability to see the contents inside the refrigerator or freezer, while solid doors provide better insulation. These self-closing refrigerators and freezers have heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves and cylinder locks on each door. They also have an electronic controller with a digital display and a high-low alarm.
Worktop Refrigerators and Freezers
Enabling convenient storage of ingredients like cheese and vegetables, Continental Refrigerator offers worktop refrigerators and freezers that provide additional prep space. These worktop refrigerators come in options of up to five sections and doors measuring between 27 and 118 inches wide. The freezers are offered in sizes measuring between 27 and 68 inches in width and have between one and three sections.
Undercounter Refrigerators
Available with either solid or glass doors, Continental Refrigerator undercounter refrigerators have up to five sections and up to eight drawers, depending on how much storage space you need. These undercounter refrigerators are ideal for providing additional refrigerated storage without interfering with prep space.
Refrigerated and Freezer Bases
Measuring between 36 and 108 inches in width, Continental Refrigerator offers refrigerated and freezer bases that have between two and six drawers, depending on how much storage space you need and what equipment you place on top. The additional space on these stainless steel worktops is ideal for equipment like griddles and fryers, and the bases contain refrigerated drawers that hold full-size food pans.
Prep Tables
For convenient entree assembly, Continental Refrigerator offers prep tables with removable cutting boards and easily accessible cold ingredients at the top of the unit. The base below is ideal for storing additional cold ingredients. These prep tables are separated by pizza prep tables and deli prep tables for salads and sandwiches. Deli prep tables are offered in sizes ranging from 27 to 93 inches in width with up to four doors, and pizza prep tables are offered in sizes between 43 and 118 inches in width with up to five doors.
Heated Cabinets
Continental Refrigerator offers heated cabinets in models that provide exclusively heat or combined heat and refrigeration. Heat-only options are offered in 15- to 57-pan-capacity options with up to 12 doors, and dual heat and refrigeration cabinets have either 37- or 43-pan capacities and offer between two and eight doors. The polyurethane foam insulation preserves temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
Bottle Coolers
To keep bottled and canned beverages cool, Continental Refrigerator offers back bar coolers to provide bartenders convenient access to an array of drinks. These back bar coolers have either solid or glass doors with swing or sliding options. Solid doors will provide better insulation and energy efficiency than glass doors, but glass doors will showcase the selection of beverages offered. These eco-friendly coolers use R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and are offered in size options between 24 and 90 inches in width with up to six doors.
Back Bar Coolers
To keep bottles and cans chilled until they are ready to be served, Continental Refrigerator offers galvanized and stainless steel bottle coolers. These sliding door bottle coolers are offered in sizes between 24 and 95 inches in width, which maximizes storage space by holding between (108) and (960) 12-ounce bottles. They also have built-in, heavy-duty bottle openers with large, removable cap catchers to easily dispose of bottlecaps.
Commercial Beer Dispensers
Continental Refrigerator offers commercial beer dispensers with wear-resistant, textured, black enamel finishes or stainless steel options. These beer dispensers have continuously cooled, three-inch-diameter beer columns with lever faucets and CO2 pressure relief distributors and tubing with clamps. They also have removable stainless steel drip gates with a front-mounted draining hose for easy cleaning and cylinder-keyed locks to ensure optimal security. Measuring between 24 and 90 inches in width, Continental Refrigerator beer dispensers hold up to 5 beer kegs.
Milk Coolers
Made of stainless steel with a performance-rated refrigeration system, Continental Refrigerator's milk coolers are offered in capacities holding 512, 768, or 1024 half-pint milk cartons. These coolers allow top and side access and have a door cylinder security lock. They also have electronic control with a digital display and a high-low temperature alarm to ensure milk remains at a safe temperature. Their built-in floor drains make it easy to drain spills and water during cleanup.
