Bouillon Spoon

Bouillon spoons are a bit smaller than soup spoons and are great for serving up beef, chicken, or vegetable broths. They have a rounded bowl that is sipped from. These spoons are used for bouillon that is typically served at luncheons, as it is considered to be too light for a starter course in a multi-course dinner.
