Its R290-cooled system is controlled by an electronic panel for precise modification from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Measuring 34 inches wide by 30 3⁄5 inches deep by 41 2⁄5 inches high, its white-coated steel exterior features a stainless steel lid and lockable door that guard against tampering while reinforcing structural durability. The 11.3-cubic-foot cabinet stores up to 512 half‑pint cartons on two adjustable shelves to simplify level checks and selection.
