Crown Steam SX-3 Description
The Crown Steam SX-3 convection steamer accommodates three full-size, 21/2-inch-deep steam pans in the cooking compartment. Performing three functions—on, off, and delime—the power switch is illuminated for visibility. If using the 60-minute timer, when cooking is finished, an audible alarm sounds to inform nearby employees and prevent food from burning. It is adjustable with electromechanical controls, and when the unit is on or cooking, a light shines to inform users.
With two water connections, the Crown Steam SX-3 commercial convection steamer automatically fills and drains water and includes a water filter to ensure clean water. Sealing hot air inside the unit, the door has a seal around the full perimeter, and to ensure durability, it is made of corrosion-resistant stainless stee. If water drops, a drip trough prevents it from falling on the floor.
