Southbend SC-2S Description
Measuring 36 inches wide by 33 7⁄8 inches deep by 55 1⁄8 inches high, the Southbend SC-2S pressure steamer is built for efficient and high-capacity steaming. Its steam coil heated boiler powers two compartments, each equipped with independent automatic timer controls for precise cooking adjustments.
Made of stainless steel for durability, the Southbend SC-2S is supported by 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear for stability. Removable shelf supports and a slide-out shelf provide flexibility for different cooking applications.
