Manual controls and a 60-minute timer provide precise operation, while electronic ignition ensures consistent startup. An automatic blowdown system optimizes performance, and a built-in water filter system maintains steam quality. Built with durable stainless steel construction, this unit is supported by 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear. Operating on natural gas, it delivers 200,000 BTU for efficient steaming in commercial kitchens.
