The Crown Steam GCX-10-6-10 convection steamer/kettle features a durable stainless steel construction for lasting commercial use. This unit combines two steaming compartments with an integrated kettle system, including one 6-gallon kettle, one 10-gallon kettle, and two compartments that each hold five 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Mounted on a 60-inch cabinet base, this gas-powered steamer includes electronic ignition, automatic blowdown, and a deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink. Adjustable flanged feet provide stability for secure installation.
Crown Steam’s GCX-10-6-10 convection steamer/kettle is designed for efficiency, featuring doors with a full-perimeter gasket seal, a positive lock-and-seal mechanism, and a stainless steel drip trough to collect condensate. Steam flow halts automatically when the compartment door is opened and resumes once it is closed. This model includes a water treatment system, a split water line, and CSD-1 boiler controls for enhanced safety and performance.
