Built for high-capacity steaming, the Crown Steam GCX-10-36 convection steamer features two compartments, each capable of holding five 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Mounted on a 36-inch cabinet base, this unit operates with a gas-fired steam boiler rated at 9-11 psi and is powered by natural gas. The steamer includes electronic ignition, a 60-minute timer per compartment, and automatic blowdown functionality for efficient operation. Its stainless steel construction enhances durability, while removable pan supports and a built-in drain trough simplify maintenance.

Designed for controlled and efficient steaming, the Crown Steam GCX-10-36 includes doors with a full-perimeter gasket seal, a positive lock-and-seal mechanism, and a stainless steel drip trough to collect condensate. Steam flow automatically halts when the compartment door is opened and resumes once it is closed. The boiler system features automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, a water gauge glass, and a safety relief valve. This model is equipped with a water treatment system, a split water line, and CSD-1 boiler controls for enhanced safety and performance.
