Southbend GC-3S Description
Designed for high-efficiency steaming, the Southbend GC-3S pressure steamer features three compartments within a durable 36-inch cabinet base. Its gas-heated boiler ensures consistent steam production, while independent automatic timer controls enable precise cooking management across each compartment.
Built of durable stainless steel, the Southbend GC-3S measures 36 inches wide by 33 7⁄8 inches deep by 68 inches high and operates at 200,000 BTU using natural gas. The unit is equipped with electronic ignition for reliable startup and an automatic boiler blowdown system to maintain performance. Removable shelf supports and a slide-out shelf provide added convenience, and a built-in water filter system maintains steam quality.
