Crown Steam EPXN-5 Description
Using the Crown Steam EPXN-5 EZ Steam countertop convection steamer, chefs can prepare meats or vegetables on five full food pans. Steam cooking retains nutrients, resulting in healthy, delicious product. This unit doesn't use a boiler to produce steam. Instead, users manually fill the reservoir.
An indicator light shows users when the Crown Steam EPXN-5 countertop convection steamer must be refilled with water. Lights also show when it's ready to cook and currently cooking. Because its interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to corrosion.
