Crown Steam ECX-2-10 Description
The Crown Steam ECX-2-10 convection steamer and kettle combo is designed for high-volume cooking operations, featuring two independent compartments and a 10-gallon kettle for versatile steaming and boiling. This unit accommodates up to six full-size pans, with three pans per steamer compartment. Built on a 48-inch cabinet base, it provides a durable and space-efficient solution for commercial kitchens. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability and easy maintenance.
Equipped with digital controls, the Crown Steam ECX-2-10 steamer/kettle unit’s compartments each include a 60-minute timer with cook and ready indicators, as well as an audible alert at the end of the cycle. The unit features an automatic boiler blowdown system, split water lines, and a water treatment system to enhance efficiency and longevity. Additional features include a deck-mounted faucet valve, a swing nozzle, an integral sink with a common drain, and a removable stainless steel drip trough to collect condensate when the doors are opened.
