The Southbend ECX-10S-6-6 electric convection steamer/kettle offers a spacious 60-inch cabinet base that enhances stability and storage. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit is supported by 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear, ensuring secure placement in busy kitchens.
Measuring 60 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 72 1⁄2 inches high, the Southbend ECX-10S-6-6 features two compartments, each designed to hold five 12-inch by 20-inch pans. For increased cooking flexibility, it includes two 6-gallon kettles. A deck-mounted faucet valve, equipped with a swing nozzle and integral sink, streamlines water access. The integrated water filter system reduces buildup, while an automatic blowdown system simplifies maintenance.
