For high-volume cooking, the Southbend ECX-10S-10 electric convection steamer/kettle features two compartments, each with a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. Each compartment accommodates five 12-inch by 20-inch pans, while a 10-gallon kettle provides additional cooking versatility. To enhance functionality, a deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink simplifies water access.
The integrated water filter system on the Southbend ECX-10S-10 maintains performance and extends equipment longevity. Made of durable stainless steel and measuring 48 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 72 1⁄2 inches high, this unit includes an automatic blowdown feature for efficient system maintenance.
