Southbend EC-2S Description
The Southbend EC-2S electric pressure steamer equips restaurants to produce lots of food quickly. It retains nutrients in food by cooking with steam and is equipped with an electric steam boiler, which requires pure water to operate. However, the built-in boiler saves users the trouble of installing an external steam generator.
This Southbend EC-2S electric pressure steamer has two compartments with a combined capacity of 16 steam pans—these pans can be held inside the cabinet with universal pan supports. Uncovered, perforated pans yield good results because they facilitate steam circulation around products. The base of the steamer has an empty cabinet for storage.
