The Southbend DCX-2S-6 direct steam convection steamer/kettle is designed for versatility with two compartments and an integrated 6-gallon kettle. Each compartment accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch pans and includes a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. Measuring 44 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 32 1⁄10 inches high, it stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear for stability.
A 44-inch-wide cabinet base provides secure support and conserves floor space. Its deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances workflow efficiency. Constructed of durable stainless steel, the unit features an automatic blowdown system for maintenance.
