Southbend DCX-10S-6 Description
The Southbend DCX-10S-6 convection steamer and kettle combo is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, offering efficient and versatile cooking capabilities. This unit features two independent compartments, each capable of holding five 12-inch by 20-inch pans, along with a 6-gallon kettle. Operating on direct steam, it is mounted on a durable 44-inch cabinet base that provides stability and additional storage space.
Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the Southbend DCX-10S-6 convection steamer is corrosion resistant and easy to maintain. It includes an automatic blowdown system, a 60-minute timer per compartment, and removable stainless steel pan supports for easy cleaning. A deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and an integral sink simplifies water access and drainage. The unit stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable flanged feet.
