Unox XACC-0513-EPLM Description
Designed for precision cooking, the Unox XACC-0513-EPLM CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ full size combi oven offers advanced capabilities with MIND.Maps technology, allowing operators to customize and store up to 1,000 recipes. This electric countertop oven accommodates five 1/1 GN pans or five 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans, with 2 11⁄16-inch shelf spacing to ensure even cooking. Operating between 86 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, it supports a variety of methods such as steaming, roasting, and sous-vide. Its boilerless steam generator provides consistent steam output, while the left-to-right triple-glass door enhances energy efficiency and operator safety.
The Unox XACC-0513-EPLM combi oven features a durable AISI 304 stainless steel cooking chamber that is illuminated with integrated LED lighting to provide a clear view of interior food items. This unit has a ROTOR.Klean™ system for automated, expedited cleaning.
