The Valpro VPP94-HC pizza prep table is powered by a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital thermostat and LED display offer precise temperature monitoring, while the self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust accumulation and supports long-term system efficiency. Automatic defrost and condensate evaporation reduce maintenance demands. Pre-installed casters provide mobility, while the self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees for convenient restocking.
