Valpro VP48S-HC Description
The Valpro VP48S-HC sandwich/salad preparation table features a self-contained refrigeration system for smooth installation. At the top, the cabinet is fitted with a compartment that includes 12 clear sixth-size pans for holding individual ingredients. In front of the compartment spans a white, removable cutting board measuring 48 inches wide by 111/2 inches deep that provides a space for operators to craft custom sandwiches to order.
Underneath the Valpro VP48S-HC sandwich/salad unit's preparation space is the refrigerated storage cavity, which spans 12 cubic feet and is fitted with one adjustable wire shelf per section. This space is made of white ABS polymer to brighten it while also easing cleaning. The two doors are solid, while the exterior of the unit is built of stainless steel for durability and longevity. Between the metal and polymer paneling is polyurethane foam insulation to provide ideal insulation.
