The Valpro VP29SM-HC mega top sandwich/salad prep table provides a refrigerated base and a spacious work surface for assembling sandwiches and salads efficiently. With a 29-inch width, it offers a 7-cubic-foot storage capacity and includes a 29-inch-wide by 9-inch-deep removable white cutting board. The unit comes equipped with (12) ¹/₆-size GN polycarbonate pans, providing ample ingredient storage. A stainless steel insulated hood locks into an open position for convenience during food preparation.

The Valpro VP29SM-HC sandwich/salad prep table is designed with a self-closing, solid, hinged door that ensures cold air retention and features a stay-open function when positioned past 90 degrees to simplify loading and unloading. Constructed with durability in mind, this Valpro unit features a 430 stainless steel top, hood, front, and sides, along with a 304 stainless steel coved-corner floor for easy cleaning. The interior walls are lined with white ABS for a hygienic food-safe surface. A heavy-duty, epoxy-coated wire shelf with pilasters allows for ¹/₂-inch height adjustability. Mounted on four casters, including two with brakes, the prep table offers mobility and stability in commercial kitchens.
