Designed to display foods at an elevated height and streamline buffet service, this Eastern Tabletop 1710 Escalate riser measures 10 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 6.5 inches high. Its Sterno holder secures fuel in place to heat the bottoms of pots and pans placed on the grate's surface. The grate is removable for cleaning to ensure it's sanitary for future applications. Made of stainless steel, this six-layer unit resists corrosion while improving food presentation.
