This Eastern Tabletop 1720 Escalate riser can be connected with other risers to improve food presentation on a serving table; its 12 layers can be used to support display shelves. It measures 10 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 14 inches high and is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A Sterno holder is built into the unit to accommodate canned fuel, and the grate top can be used to warm the bottom of small chafing dishes or pots and pans.
