With a wide range of settings, the Midea 1817G1A commercial microwave can cook a variety of dishes. It features 11 power levels and can cook foods for as long as 60 minutes, while it can be programmed for three-stage cooking or for cooking two or three times the usual batch of food. Settings can be created and saved at the front of the unit, or quickly downloaded from a flash drive. When cooking, operators can monitor the cooking food through the doors, and stop the cooking process when it is done. Otherwise, the LCD display will count down the time, and once it hits zero, the machine will audibly alarm.

This Midea 1817G1A commercial microwave has a durable stainless steel construction, and its door handle is made without any moving parts that could become jammed or need repair. Along the bottom, a stainless steel filter prevents the unit from sucking in dust, and when needed, the filter can be removed and cleaned.
