The Midea 1217G1A commercial microwave is a medium-duty unit great for chain restaurants, and it has many adjustable settings, including three-stage cooking, 11 power levels, and cook times of 60 minutes or less. To streamline operation and provide consistent results, the settings can be saved into the unit's memory, and assigned to a number between 1 and 100. Because the unit has a USB port, many recipes can be saved at once, or the same recipes can be saved onto several machines.

This Midea 1217G1A medium-duty microwave can hold a 12-inch platter or 6-inch-deep food pan inside. During a cook cycle, an interior light brightens the food, and the magnetron antennas—one on top and one on bottom—rotate to distribute heat throughout the cooking cavity. To stop the cook cycle, the Grab'n Go handle can be pulled at any time, and for interior access, the door can be opened past a 90-degree angle.
