In an hour, the 5-gallon tank produces 4.5 to 15 gallons of hot water, and the automatic refill system keeps the tank full. The unit has a digital control system, so users can adjust the temperature or the level of aeration. Aerating the water enhances tea extraction and the flavor of food when it is added. Operators can monitor the temperature level on the straightforward LED display.
