VacMaster VP330 Description
The digital control panel on the VacMaster VP330 chamber vacuum sealer has start and seal buttons and a seal time and pressure indicator. Each cycle lasts from 20 to 40 seconds, and the seal bars have double wires to provide a double seal. To facilitate cleaning, these bars are removable, and the side bars measure 12 1⁄2 inches while the front bar measures 27 inches. It fits on the countertop to take up minimal space, and it can be used to prep food for sous vide or store cooked product for retherming.
Because the VacMaster VP330 vacuum packing machine comes with a transparent lid, users can see through while the unit is in operation. Its lid locks for safety purposes, and it has a heavy-duty construction that withstands frequent use. Made of stainless steel, the body is durable enough for high-volume use. This unit comes with 75 assorted chamber pouches, filler guides, a user guide, and a maintenance kit.
