VacMaster VP321 Description
The VacMaster VP321 vacuum packing machine has a cycle time of 20 to 40 seconds, and it has one button to begin sealing and one to start the vacuum process. Controlled with a digital control panel, it comes with two indicators—a seal time indicator and a pressure indicator. Its lid is transparent to enable monitoring, and it's built with a heavy-duty construction. To prevent interruption of the sealing process, the lid has locks.
For instant use, the VacMaster VP321 chamber vacuum sealer comes with 75 assorted chamber pouches and filler guides. If something breaks, it includes a maintenance kit, and a user guide helps employees figure out how to operate it. This packaging unit can be used to prep product for sous vide cooking or hold prepared food in storage until it's ready to be reheated. The unit has two 17-inch seal bars that double-seal bags, and it fits on a countertop to take up minimal space. Made of stainless steel, it's durable enough for commercial use.
