Taking up minimal room in a crowded kitchen, the VacMaster VP210 chamber vacuum sealer fits on a countertop. It has a 10-inch seal bar with a wire for double sealing, and this seal bar is removable to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Operation is streamlined with a digital control panel, which includes buttons to start vacuuming and to seal the bag. This unit includes indicators that show the seal time and pressure, and it operates with a 20- to 60-second cycle time.
The VacMaster VP210 vacuum packing machine has a heavy-duty lid that's transparent so users can monitor the sealing process. For safety purposes, the lid can be locked when the machine is in use. This unit comes with 75 assorted chamber pouches to seal food for storage, filler plates, and a user guide to show operators how to use it. It can be used to prep food for sous vide cooking or store prepared food for reheating. Made of stainless steel, the body provides durability and resistance to corrosion.
