Astra STS1300 Description
By using the manual control steam valve, the Astra STS1300 steamer's semi-automatic operation improves operator control over the amount of liquid dispensed. The boiler helps produce hot, frothy milk, holds 2.6 liters of water, and refills automatically to prevent operational slowdowns. A vacuum valve hinders milk from entering the boiler, reducing the risk of cross contamination while ensuring the boiler can continue to operate correctly.
Designed for countertop use, the Astra STS1300 steamer measures 11 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 15 inches high, and its self-contained, pourover configuration can be moved for maintenance and cleaning. The internal motor operates with low noise levels to prevent disturbances in cafes and coffee houses. For durability, its base and cover are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, which withstands heavy use.
