For increased control, the Astra PRO espresso machine operates semi-automatically with a manual steam valve and hot water valve, enabling baristas to manipulate the volume and temperature of the liquid in an espresso. With its brewing head, it can produce 120 cups of coffee per hour, suiting it to low- and medium-traffic coffee houses. The boiler holds 2.6 liters of water for continuous use, and a vacuum valve helps prevent milk from entering the boiler, reducing the risk of cross contamination.
This Astra PRO pourover espresso machine doesn't require plumbing, so it can be moved for maintenance and cleaning. Designed for countertop use, its compact structure measures 11 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 17 inches high.
