Resfab BT-2 Description
Operators can bread meats, vegetables, cheeses, and other ingredients before frying in the Resfab BT-2 breading station. It features a stainless steel breading and dipping pan—including a drain—and a dipper for efficient coating of flour or eggwash. To filter out clumps or debris from the breading mix, it includes a sifter. This 23 3⁄4-inch-wide by 28-inch-deep by 54 9⁄32-inch-high stainless steel unit's angled upper shelf and reversible side shelf provide short-term storage areas that minimize cross contamination. To streamline operation, this unit can be positioned in front of a fry basket and can be moved with its four casters, two of which are lockable.
