MoTak MHP12 12" Gas Hotplate w/ (2) Burners & Manual Controls, Convertible

Although the MoTak MHP12 hot plate ships as a natural gas unit, it includes an LP gas conversion kit for flexibility. This unit is built with two 25,000-BTU heavy-duty cast iron burners featuring individual adjustable pilots and corresponding large control knobs, enabling operators to adjust heat individually to cook two dishes simultaneously on the same surface. Its cooking surface is comprised of removable heavy-duty cast iron grates that withstand high-volume use.

The MoTak MHP12 commercial countertop range measures 12¹⁄₈ inches wide by 28¹⁄₂₀ inches deep by 13²⁄₂₅ inches tall to save space in compact settings. Its nonskid stainless steel legs can be raised or lowered as needed on irregular surfaces, minimizing disruptive wobbling or rocking during operation. For operator safety during use, its extended front edge remains cool to the touch, and to simplify cleanup, the burners' tops, grates, and the full-width stainless grease pan can be removed.
