MoTak MUF-36-X Description
Ideal for kitchens lacking space, this MoTak MUF-36-X undercounter freezer measures 36.25 inches wide by 29.5 inches deep by 35.25 inches high. Its top, interior walls, floor, and ceiling have a stainless steel construction that resists corrosion while withstanding dents and scratches from users loading and unloading products. The interior cabinet is protected with two self-closing doors to help prevent accidental temperature increases. However, when loading or unloading product, operators can use the doors' 90-degree, stay-open feature to streamline changing out inventory.
Inside the MoTak MUF-36-X two-section freezer's cabinet, two heavy-duty, coated shelves have adjustable structures to accommodate various products. Their open wire construction encourages consistent airflow for even cooling. Using an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit can hold product between -8 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The built-in electronic control system enables users to monitor and adjust the temperature set point and defrost cycle frequency. For best operation, users can conveniently access the condensing coil for service and cleaning.
